| Store Policies
- All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
- Second Elegance accepts Visa, Discover, Mastercard and personal checks.
- There will be a $30 fee on all returned checks.
- Short term layaway is available. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required, with balance due and gown pick-up made within thirty (30) days.
- Photographs are permitted.
- Alterations are not available through Second Elegance, however, you are permitted to bring a seamstress to the boutique with you.
- All gowns are sold "as is". Please inspect your item carefully prior to purchase.
- We prefer gowns that are four (4) years old or newer. One of the reasons is because styles change. Twice a year, designers come out with new innovations and trends in cut, fabric, design and embellishments. Also, our clients request the latest styles - styles that are still in magazines today. A final reason is because wedding gowns take up a lot of space and we do not have room to store all the gowns that come in for consignment.
